Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff kept their relationship fairly private right up until their wedding, at which point having friend Taylor Swift at the ceremony drew an enormous amount of attention to the nuptials.
The couple were first linked romantically in 2021, and with their public lives in the entertainment industry, it was only a matter of time before more details came out. In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, Qualley made some rare comments about her relationship, saying, “I am so happy that I found my person…And it’s real. It’s amazing. It’s the best feeling in the world. I’m so excited and so at ease all at once.”
She added, “Until about a month before I met Jack, I never had any furniture…I would always have these shitty little apartments and move around from one place to another with a mattress on the floor and an Ikea lamp. I never made a home at all. I didn’t care; I cared about movies. I would use my sister’s basement in L.A. as a spot to keep my things. But I didn’t invest in that part of my life. It’s really exciting now to be making a home and to have something to care for.”
She continued, “I just want to do everything with Jack. One day, I want kids, and I’m not there yet, and I want to keep doing movies. And that’s about all I know.”

Antonoff had similarly warm things to say about his wife during an appearance on Late Night With Seth Meyers a few months later.
“Someone told me that when you die and when you get married is the only time everyone you love is in a room,” he told Meyers. “And I was like, ‘Oh, that is just a thing someone says, and I perform for a living so I don’t mind if the attention is on me.’ And then as soon as it started, my whole body became wet…I’m looking for jokes, but it was just really beautiful.”
