After three years, it’s over for Rosalía and Rauw Alejandro.

The singers, who announced their engagement in the music video for their song “Beso,” released this past March, have reportedly called off their engagement and broken up.

Insiders told People that despite the love and respect the singers have for one another, they have agreed to part ways.

Throughout their passionate romance, both the “Motomami” singer and Alejandro praised each other in big ways. In March, the Spanish singer revealed she’d gotten RR tattooed on her foot. The shared initials are the title of the joint EP that “Beso” appears on, and also would likely have been Rosalía’s legal initials after they married, as Alejandro’s given last name is Ruiz.

Alejandro then got Rosalía’s name tattooed on his torso in a handwritten font.

Neither party has publicly addressed the split.

The video for “Beso” features glimpses into the pair’s three-year relationship, including intimate clips of them waking up together, traveling around the world, hanging out onstage at their shows, and enjoying simple, special moments.

In the final scene, the music fades and the screen is taken over by a phone clip of Rosalía wiping happy tears off of her face and showing her diamond engagement ring.

“Oh, my God,” she says in Spanish before kissing her fiancé and telling him she loves him.

Rosalía shared a clip of the video on her Instagram when it came out. She wrote in Spanish in the caption, “After more than 3 years together here are 3 songs made with all the love in the world 💝 I hope you enjoy this little piece of us.”
