There’s nothing more satisfying than finishing a workout knowing you left it all out there — you’re left dripping sweat, panting, feeling euphoric over knowing you worked as hard as you possibly could. On the flip side, it can be a little anticlimactic when you end a workout with some gas still left in the tank. Of course, it’s totally fine not to push yourself to your max every time you work out, especially if you’re new to fitness, coming back from injury, or just feel like you need to take it easy that day. That said, for many people, part of the joy of exercise comes from testing personal limits; when you don’t get that intense challenge, it can feel unfulfilling.

That’s where this cardio finisher comes in, created by NASM-certified personal trainers (and soon-to-be-married couple!) Julius White and LaToya Johnson, aka Juice and Toya. This 10-minute cardio routine is meant to be done at the end of a workout when you’re craving one final push to feel like you really challenged yourself. The workout is appropriate for all levels, too, with White showing the advanced versions of each move (lots of jumping) and Johnson demonstrating modifications. The best part? You don’t need any equipment at all. “We did this outside at the beach,” explains Johnson in the introduction. “You can do it at the park, at the gym, at home. Wherever you have 10 minutes to spare, you can knock out this workout.”

This cardio finisher is just 10 minutes long, but it includes 20 exercises, done in 30-second increments with no rest between. (Of course, if you do need to rest, simply hit pause and take a break.) This workout consists of:

All bodyweight, all cardio, no messing around. Check out the full video above if you need a little extra oomph at the end of your workout or if you’re just squeezing a quick session into a busy day. Don’t forget the sweat towel.
