What will The Devil Wears Prada sequel be about?
Variety reports that the movie will follow Streep’s character, editor-in-chief Miranda Priestly, as she “navigates her career amid the decline of traditional magazine publishing and faces off against Blunt’s character, now a high-powered executive for a luxury group with advertising dollars that Priestly desperately needs.”
Who will be in the cast?
So far, there has been no official confirmation on who will return from the original film. However, Entertainment Weekly reports that the stars are in talks to reprise their roles for the sequel, including Hathaway (Andy Sachs), Streep (Miranda Priestly), Blunt (Emily Charlton), and even Stanley Tucci (Nigel Kipling). Director David Frankel is reportedly returning too. Disney has not yet commented on the news.
