Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez headed to Paris following their surprise wedding in Las Vegas last weekend, and it seems like they’re making their honeymoon a family event. They were seen with Afflecks’ children, Violet, 16, and Seraphina, 13, and Lopez’s 14-year-old, Emme. The couple has still found time for romance, and were photographed walking hand-in-hand as they headed to dinner at Manko.
Lopez was wearing a classic black maxi dress and a pair of clear platform heels. She left her hair down and carried a studded box handbag. Affleck was wearing a form-fitting white button-down shirt and black slacks.
Lopez shared some details of the wedding itself in her newsletter, writing, “Last night we flew to Vegas, stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world…We barely made it to the little white wedding chapel by midnight. They graciously stayed open late a few minutes, let us take pictures in a pink Cadillac convertible, evidently once used by the king himself (but if we wanted Elvis himself to show, that cost extra and he was in bed).”
They had written their own vows and traded rings they will “wear for the rest of our lives.”
She added, “In the end it was the best possible wedding we could have imagined.”
It’s possible Paris isn’t the official honeymoon, because a source told E! News that Lopez had to be in the city for work. But she’s clearly been finding time to spend with her kids and new husband that is all about fun.
“Ben and J.Lo were holding hands and looking at each other adoringly,” they said, adding that their kids “seem to be best friends and were holding hands and giggling.”
They were also seen visiting the Musée d’Orsay and the Élysée Palace gardens, and there the couple “snuck away for some alone time” for a little PDA on a park bench. Affleck also took some shots of his wife as she posed for him.
“She looked like his muse and was dancing around and posing,” the eyewitness said. “They shared an intimate few minutes where it was very clear how in love they are.”
