New York Post has it that Zendaya and Tom Holland’s relationship has gotten serious enough that the two are looking to buy property together in New York City. The outlet reports that the couple was recently spotted looking at a $5.35 million five-bedroom, 4,400-square-foot townhouse in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene/Clinton Hill area. “At 22 feet wide, it features plenty of indoor and outdoor space, along with earthy, stone-colored neutral, light-filled interiors,” the outlet wrote of the property, which dates back to the 1860s.

Zendaya already owns a condo by Brooklyn Bridge Park, the Post noted.

This isn’t the first time Zendaya and Holland have been reported to be buying a place together. Rumors circulated this winter that the pair bought a house in South London.

Holland actually addressed the false report, telling Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Ripa on Live with Kelly and Ryan in February, “I’ve had so many people call me up because apparently, I bought a new house in South London? Which is completely false!” I didn’t buy a new house. I’m like, ‘Wow, what a surprise, I wonder when I’ll get the keys.’”

While Holland and Zendaya aren’t hiding their romantic relationship, they prefer to keep its intimate details to themselves. As Holland explained to GQ in the fall, “I’ve always been really adamant to keep my private life private, because I share so much of my life with the world anyway. We sort of felt robbed of our privacy [when a video of us kissing last summer outed our dating].”

He added, “It’s not a conversation that I can have without her. You know, I respect her too much to say… This isn’t my story. It’s our story. And we’ll talk about what it is when we’re ready to talk about it together.”
