In a previous video sampling the product, celebrity hairstylist Serge Normant shows the hair spray to Sarah Jessica Parker. He explains that it works well to give texture to thinner, limp hair and helps anchor hair in place.
“I was really in love with Serge’s dry shampoo and I really thought he was kind of taking something away from me when we started using this,” Parker said in the video. “But what’s really amazing and I think really more helpful for people at home is that it absorbs a lot. It doesn’t leave as much as a dry shampoo. It’s like a volumizer slash dry shampoo, so it does a lot of work without the weight.”
According to the brand, the hairspray works to volumize and strengthen hair without any heaviness, making it ideal for thin hair. As for what makes it so effective, its ultra-light polymers and white lupine protein help create weightless volume. The spray is also made without any parabens or mineral oil and is cruelty-free.
