Christie Brinkley does not play around when it comes to her beauty routine—and who could blame her. She’s the epitome of timeless beauty. The former supermodel and actress is known for her gorgeous makeup looks and flawless complexion, and fans are always eager to find out what beauty products she uses.

Fortunately for us, the 68-year-old SBLA Beauty ambassador recently shared an Instagram video revealing her top seven beauty tips for women over 50. And as luck would have it, she included a few of her must-have products, too.

Here’s what the star recommends beauty- and skincare-wise for women over 50:

Facial Instant Sculpting Wand

Prep your face by sculpting your skin.

Brinkley starts her beauty routine using the SBLA Beauty The Facial Instant Sculpting Wand. “Apply it to your forehead, around the eyes, around the mouth, and at night almost everywhere,” she says in the video. According to the brand, the wand contains a unique serum and Macro-sphere technology that works to reduce wrinkles, tighten the skin, boost collagen production, and lift sagging skin. Its formula includes skin-loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid, stabilized vitamin C, and amino acid to provide a tightening effect all over the skin.

Vitamin C helps produce collagen (which keeps skin firm and reduces the appearance of wrinkles), and protects the skin from sun damage and age spots,” said Ranella Hirsch, M.D., a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Boston, in a previous interview for Prevention.

Brinkley has demonstrated how to use the wand on Instagram in the past, writing in the caption: “The face wand I’m using here reduces the look of wrinkles right away and long term. It also smooths, brightens the complexion, de-puffs my eyes in the morning, and works great under and over makeup as a refresher!

Massage your neck area.

Next, Brinkley grabs the SBLA Beauty Neck, Chin & Jawline Sculpting Wand and rubs it underneath her chin. “Apply it all under here..down the neck…down the decolletage…. it’ll even out skin tones, it’ll tighten things up with peptides and active ingredients that build back collagen and elastin,” she explains. “You need these two working for you underneath everything else that you do.”

Create a natural finish.

“A beauty blender…everybody probably knows this by now but you do not want your makeup to suddenly end right here,” Brinkley notes as she points to her jawline in the video.

“Wet your beauty blender… I like to do it with warm water. I put two different color foundations on my hand, I put the lighter one under my eye, I put the warmer one under the cheek and then I just use a little bit of whatever is left and apply it down the neck, down the decolletage, and over the forehead.”

She doesn’t name the foundation she uses, but she does show it in the video and it appears to be two different shades of Tom Ford’s Traceless Soft Matte Foundation.

Define your eyebrows.

Next, Brinkley moves on to her brows. “I use two pencils, this one is Kevin Aucoin and this one is Lancome (which, unfortunately, is no longer available).

“I just paint with the hard one little things that look like little hairs going in the same direction, but I always focus along the top line only because you want to be thinking up up up…defy gravity…up up up. But as you age, the eyebrows start to thin out, so eyebrow pencils are a must,” Brinkley advises.

Add some color to your cheeks.

No makeup look is complete without blush and Brinkley mixes two shades and s bronzer to get the perfect rosy, sun-kissed flush. “I use this one is by Nars called Laguna and this one by Christie Brinkley (no longer available).. love her…ugh she makes the best things,” says Brinkley with a chuckle.

She dips a fluffy brush into the bronzer and applies the deeper shade towards the lower half of her cheek, and then dips the same brush into her blush and applies it all over the apples of her cheeks. “And I sort of rub it all over my forehead…and down the neck,” Brinkley adds.

Give your eyelashes a boost.

For a bright-eyed look, Brinkley recommends using false eyelashes, specifically the demi wispies style. “Use demi wispies to open the eye because the eyelashes also thin… isn’t it a shame that our stomach and thighs don’t thin just our eyelashes and our hair,” said Brinkley.

Plump your lips.

“And finally, your lips also thin..so I have lip plumpers for you, the SBLA Beauty Double The Plump Lip Plump & Sculpt,” said Brinkley. “I love them, and you will too…look how great the color is,” she said as she applied the product across her lips. “Look how it plumps my lips…seriously….seriously…love this color.”

Together all these ingredients work to reduce fine lines, increase hydration, and enhance natural lip color.
