On Friday, Hailey Bieber stepped out in Los Angeles in an outfit that makes casual comfort look cool. The 24-year-old model was photographed wearing a pair of brown short shorts and a closely matched shirt. On top of that she threw a patterned Coach style cardigan, and strode off in Ugg boots with an unusual front zipper showing the tops of her ankle-length white socks.
A few glam details included several gold chains that popped against the dark fabric of her shirt and a classic pair of black sunglasses, an accessory that becomes a necessity in sunny California. She let her hair flow free and carried a small purse on her shoulder. It’s basically the perfect look for a relaxed day out:
Bieber recently spoke with Harper’s Bazaar about her evolving style and how she’s gotten into trying new looks even when she’s not on the runway.
“It took me years to feel comfortable as a model,” she said. “Now I’m a lot more adventurous and I try different things. You realize if it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work.”
A lot of her more comfortable looks have been working lately, like this one from late October, also in L.A. Bieber wore an oversized long-sleeved t-shirt featuring a logo for the Jets, showing her long legs. This outfit was also accessorized by a pair of white sneakers and a matching small white purse.
Bieber just went all out for Halloween, posing as music icon Britney Spears in all of her famous video looks from over the years in a stunning tribute she posted to Instagram. A few days later she shared some outfits from her partnership with Levi’s.
